Domestic shipping
Standard shipping is $10 on orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more within our Domestic shipping zone, including military addresses.
Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping requires a freight quote before ordering. Email sales@arocep.com with your items, quantities and full delivery address. We’ll confirm shipping availability and cost so you can review the total before proceeding.
Government accounts
Approved accounts may have different shipping terms agreed in writing. Government account approval does not automatically include free shipping.
Delivery questions
Delivery timing depends on product availability and destination. For military delivery requirements, other destinations or a specific deadline, contact sales@arocep.com before ordering.
For international orders, your quote will explain any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes, including who is responsible for paying them.
